  • Overview

    The Loyalty Operations Specialist will work closely with Sr. Manager Loyalty Operations, Email Marketing, Direct Mail and Data Analytics teams to provide support and execute on customer strategies as it relates to loyalty. Responsible for managing day to day operations for InnerCircle Online program, executing marketing messages, and operational calendars. Handle various reporting requirements around loyalty and general business using Siebel Insights, PL/SQL and SAS. Heavy cross-functional collaboration with the Digital Team, Sales Operation and Customer Relationship Center.

    Primary Responsibilities

     

    • Execution of InnerCircle Online Program
      • Website Maintenance
      • Sweepstakes Execution
      • Customer Fulfillment
      • Charity Donation
      • Quality Assurance testing of new functionality
    • Cross-Functional work to engrain program in Sleep Number DNA
    • Cross-Functional work to support customer appreciation event
    • Providing reporting of key performance indicators and other ad hoc reporting
    • Customer Data Maintenance
    • Operational Calendar Maintenance
    • Assistance in program design and results measurement
    • Interaction with Innercircle members resolving conflict and analyzing and interpreting feedback

     

    Qualifications

    Position Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s Degree Required
    • Preferred Experience in Sales or Customer Service
    • Ability to easily understand technology
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence all levels of management.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Curious and enthusiastic with high attention to detail and strong follow-thru.
    • Must be a self-starter, proactive and flexible.
    • Analytical and creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Solid organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence all levels of management.
    • Application experience in Siebel CRM and SAS a plus.
    • Familiarity with SQL code a plus.
