The Loyalty Operations Specialist will work closely with Sr. Manager Loyalty Operations, Email Marketing, Direct Mail and Data Analytics teams to provide support and execute on customer strategies as it relates to loyalty. Responsible for managing day to day operations for InnerCircle Online program, executing marketing messages, and operational calendars. Handle various reporting requirements around loyalty and general business using Siebel Insights, PL/SQL and SAS. Heavy cross-functional collaboration with the Digital Team, Sales Operation and Customer Relationship Center.
