  • Overview

    The Field Services Technology Specialist is responsible for delivering projects within scope, budget and schedule related to the Field Services Platform “click”.  This includes: understanding scope of product work, planning the work including timelines, planning the release, creating any necessary documentation and facilitation of meetings. The technology specialist partners closely with the project team to ensure quality execution and continues platform progression.



    • Partners with project team the development of scope, requirements definition and documentation
    • Assists with identifying and supporting project deliverables and milestones
    • Identify continuous improvement or enhancement projects within the platform to better our customer experience and business results
    • Ensure system & infrastructure stability
    • Designated as the single point of contact for all system relates support needs for Technicians, Field Leaders, and Corporate support partners
    • Manages project status reporting
    • Manages project issues and risks; escalating as needed
    • Partner with program and other project managers to coordinate handoffs between workstreams
    • Responsible for release management process and documentation



    Experience, Education & Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
    • 2-5 years project management experience
    • Experience in working within technical environments
    • Experience with agile or waterfall methodology


    Knowledge, skills & abilities:

    • Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize – multi-task oriented
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - planning and task delegation
    • Ability to think critically and tactically in a high energy, fast paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
    • Experience in working with globally dispersed teams
    • Skilled in the Microsoft office suite, with strong knowledge of Microsoft project
    • Experience with software, hardware and / or a connected software product platform desired
