  • Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Operations and Process Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our current (and future) recruiting systems and processes. This role will work closely with the talent acquisition team, analyze data and trends, and help to advance the talent acquisition team into a scalable, high performing center of excellence. The specialist will work to advance several exciting functions/tools within talent acquisition including the applicant tracking system, assessments, background checks, and various sourcing channels. This role will also be responsible for reporting progress on annual scorecard metrics including time to fill, source of hire, offer/accept rations, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate pipelining, as well as providing primary leadership for our Recruitment Coordinator team.

    Responsibilities

    Recruiting System Management & Reporting

    • Partner with recruiters to ensure we are leveraging technology in order to deliver results. Act as issue resolution and escalation liaison between Talent Acquisition and Applicant Tracking System provider.
    • Generate operational reporting, metrics and dashboards for Recruiting Managers, HRBPs and Stakeholders. 
    • Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to identify process or analysis opportunities; create ad-hoc and standard reports as needed

    Process Improvement

    • Scope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition team; driving consistency across systems, processes, data and analytics, and reporting.
    • Measure efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on creating an optimal experience for talent acquisition partners, candidates, and hiring managers.
    • Track, measure, and provide on-going insight to the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and proactively recommend solutions as needed
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy across Talent Acquisition

     

    Partnership Building

    • Manage external vendors; building strong relationships while ensuring internal and external tools are being optimized to their fullest potential
    • Work to seamlessly integrate all talent acquisition technology and platforms including (job aggregators, background check vendors, reference checks, video interviewing capabilities, etc.) with applicant tracking system to create efficiencies in hiring process
    • Act as liaison between Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Shared Services team, developing relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Human Resource’s success.
    • Provide day-to-day support and feedback to the coordinator team

    Qualifications

    • 3 + years’ experience in talent acquisition and operational effectiveness
    • Experience with Oracle and iCIMS Applicant Tracking System preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
    • Analytical mindset – six-sigma or project management experience preferred
    • Vendor management; ability to build strong relationships while driving results
    • Strong business acumen with ability to align business strategy and drive performance
    • Advanced data manipulation capabilities including reporting (ad hoc, dashboards, scorecards)
    • Expertise with enterprise data systems and HRIS functionality and reporting
    • Knowledge of talent acquisition and best practices
    • Strong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, influencing
    • Self-directed and agile
