The Talent Acquisition Operations and Process Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our current (and future) recruiting systems and processes. This role will work closely with the talent acquisition team, analyze data and trends, and help to advance the talent acquisition team into a scalable, high performing center of excellence. The specialist will work to advance several exciting functions/tools within talent acquisition including the applicant tracking system, assessments, background checks, and various sourcing channels. This role will also be responsible for reporting progress on annual scorecard metrics including time to fill, source of hire, offer/accept rations, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate pipelining, as well as providing primary leadership for our Recruitment Coordinator team.
