Overview

Support a positive team member experience by efficiently and accurately processing, administering, and maintaining employee information in HR systems.  Operate as the first line support for all HR related questions, to include, but is not limited to, payroll, benefits, and compensation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate agility while performing diverse duties in the processing and administration of employee data.
  • Audit entry of employee data in the HRMS system to ensure accuracy and compliance, including approval of employee self-service changes. Coordination of information between multiple technical platforms.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with employee HR files – electronic and hard copy, including management of off-site record storage. Ensure new hire paperwork is accurate and received to ensure compliance.
  • Enhance current processes and identify inefficiencies to ensure smooth and timely data flow
  • Support benefit function to ensure consistency and clarity in communication and issue resolution
  • First point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns.

 

Qualifications

Experience, Education & Certifications:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources related field or relevant Customer Service
  • High school diploma or its equivalent

 

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Able to develop strong working relationships with customers and foster trust in handling confidential situations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer experience skills while demonstrating empathy and urgency.
  • Data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with HRMS system, preferably Oracle, strongly desired.
  • Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in a high growth setting
  • Ability to keep pace in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
