Consumer Insights Associate Manager

The Consumer Insights Associate Manager will design, execute, and report out voice of the customer research to provide direction to business partners across the organization. Our team style is collaborative, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity.


  • Design and execute custom research studies that will uncover insights to address the information needs of our business partners across the company
  • Programming and testing surveys (i.e., survey monkey, other basic programming software)
  • Consolidating survey findings (analyze, interpret, summarize) across projects and identifying insights
  • Administration of long term projects/communities
  • Vendor management of our external research partners for timely and cost-effective completion of research plans


  • 4-6 years of work experience, at a market research supplier and/or Consumer Insights function
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including survey design
  • Bachelor’s degree in research related field (Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, etc)
  • Deadline driven, ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify key insights out of large amounts of disparate data, and turn into actions
  • Innate curiosity for consumer behavior
  • Highly proficient with MS Office 2010
  • Familiarity with SPSS, SaS, or R a plus, but not required
