The Digital Marketing Analyst's role is to drive actionable insights that enable informed decision making and prioritization of strategies and tactics to support Sleep Number’s digital marketing goals.


  • Assist in distributing and creating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards to internal business partners and Sr. leadership team.
  • Provide in-depth pre/post analyses for digital user experience enhancements on how they are performing, and provide recommendations to improve.
  • Analyze performance of consumer and promotional events and partner with digital marketing and creative teams to drive event/business goals.
  • Analyze results of A/B testing campaigns and partner with digital marketing and ecommerce teams to provide recommendations for testing initiatives to drive key website goals.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data through Voice of Customer feedback, and provide recommendations on customer experience enhancements that will help drive website goals.
  • Partner with cross functional digital teams including: the Media team, Ecommerce team, and Site Optimization team to assist in any reporting and analysis needs
  • Assist in gathering web analytics tagging requirements for digital experience enhancements that will allow for the proper data & insights to be captured and analyzed


  • 4+ years of quantitative experience with 2+ years of web analytics experience. Ecommerce & multi-channel experience and some qualitative VOC work preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture strongly preferred), customer experience measurements (Foresee, Usabilla, OpinionLab) and corporate business intelligence tools.
  • Experience measuring and analyzing online A/B and multivariate testing, pre/post user experience enhancements, and various other ad hoc analyses.
  • Experience with digital media/marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, display & social advertising, and retargeting is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience/exposure communicating with Sr. level leadership preferred
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel) 
  • Experience with Tag Management (especially Adobe DTM) a plus
